Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bwf88 ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the platform, services, games and content offered through bwf88.onl and all its subdomains.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the bwf88 platform, you clearly and unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

User Eligibility

To be eligible to use bwf88 services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and throughout the period of account use
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online betting activities
• Not have been diagnosed with or be undergoing treatment for gambling dependency or gambling-related problems
• Be acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative of a third party

bwf88 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Users who are unable to verify their eligibility may face account suspension or closure, and funds in the account concerned will be subject to internal investigation before any further action is taken.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to have only one registered account at bwf88. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and is grounds for termination of all related accounts without prior warning.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, a valid email address and an active mobile phone number. All this information is subject to an identity verification process.

• The account is personal and may not be transferred to any other party
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone
• bwf88 must be notified immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only across all accounts

An identity verification process (Know Your Customer or KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal or when bwf88 deems it necessary. Required documents include a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of current address.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bwf88 accepts deposits and withdrawals through approved payment methods namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency which is subject to the current exchange rate.

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100
• Approved withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Deposited funds are for betting purposes only

bwf88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if there are signs of suspicious activity. Users are not permitted to transfer funds between other users' accounts on this platform.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by bwf88 are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be approved.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM888. The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 and an account balance of RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 15 = RM3,000.

Second example: a deposit of RM1,000 gives a bonus of RM888 (maximum cap) and an account balance of RM1,888, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 15 = RM13,320 before withdrawal from bonus winnings is permitted.

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• bwf88 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses obtained through abuse or misuse of promotions
• Bets that do not meet the minimum qualifying criteria will not count toward the wagering requirement calculation
• bwf88 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion without prior notice
• Bonuses may not be transferred to other users

The bwf88 VIP programme offers five tiers namely Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate, from up to 0.2% (Bronze) to up to 1.0% (Diamond). Progress through VIP tiers depends on continued betting activity and is assessed periodically by the bwf88 team.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All bwf88 users are required to act honestly, responsibly and in compliance with all platform rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering more than one account or acting on behalf of another user
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool that manipulates game outcomes
• Bonus abuse through hedging techniques (arbitrage) or promotion misuse
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the platform's systems and infrastructure
• Any action that facilitates fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities
• Sharing, selling or transferring an account to a third party

bwf88 uses a continuous monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. If any breach is suspected or confirmed, the platform reserves the right to take appropriate action including freezing account balances and submitting relevant information to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure

bwf88 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or jurisdiction eligibility requirements
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified period
• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering or system abuse
• At the user's own request through customer service channels

Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the bwf88 customer support team, which operates 24/7 via live chat or email. Valid funds in an account closed by the user at their own request will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bwf88 reserves the right to retain account balances associated with the activity that breached the terms.

Liability Limit

The bwf88 platform, its management, staff and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activities
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control
• Data loss due to system failure or unavoidable hacking incidents
• Decisions or actions taken based on information available on the platform

The platform operates on an "as is" basis and bwf88 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. Users are solely responsible for all betting decisions made through their accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content found on the bwf88 platform, including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, brand names and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of bwf88 or its relevant licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish or use any content from the platform without prior written consent from bwf88. Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Use of this platform does not grant users any rights or licences over bwf88's intellectual property, except for a limited right to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

bwf88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal compliance needs or changes in platform policy.

Notification of material amendments will be provided via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Continued use of the bwf88 platform after any amendment is published will be deemed full acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

bwf88 operates under an international licence and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed. All disputes arising in connection with the platform or use of its services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that licensing jurisdiction.

The official version of these Terms and Conditions is in Bahasa Melayu. Should there be any inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and a version in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall apply.
